The Rogers Centre is starting to fill up, as is the press box, which is busying with media who are dining on a pre-game meal of turkey and pasta. Fans are pressed up against the hotel windows overlooking the field. There is a definite big-game feel in the air.

The scene outside the building was absolutely incredible. When the Grey Cup arrived at Rogers Centre, it was like royalty coming through. Two fans carried it onto the steps of Rogers Centre, flanked by security on all sides as fans decked in jerseys and costumes for every CFL team jogged beside with phones and cameras, cheering and singing. The fan march was a great idea. Hope it catches on as a long-standing tradition.

Little-known fact...Argos quarterback Ricky Ray often practises dealing with the distractions in the pocket by having quarterbacks coach Jason Maas hit him with a pool noodle as he runs through his reads in practice. That's how champions are made.
