Greetings, Commons watchers! The House is scheduled to open for business at 10am ET, so check back for full coverage of the mini-vote-a-thon pre-show, which will almost certainly begin with a motion to skip straight to government business, thus setting the stage for members to begin voting this afternoon -- likely, but not definitely, just after Question Period. Stay tuned!

Alright, so we all know what happens at 10am, right? Peter Van Loan (or a designate) likely moves to go straight to Orders of the Day. #OB2
That would require a 30 minute vote, but would mean opposition members can't add time to the clock via concurrence motions. #OB2
The 191st sitting of the first session of the 41st Parliament of Canada will soon be upon us! #OB2
And here we go. The government always gets first crack at introducing motions during routine proceedings. #OB2
And, as predicted, Tom Luwiwski moves, on behalf of the government, to go straight to Orders of the Day. 30 minute bells! #OB2
This will sidestep any attempt by the opposition to delay the start of remaining #omnibudget debate with a concurrence motion. #OB2
I'm not actually sure what, if any, clock-stopping motions can be moved once the countdown begins. (1hr28 mins remaining, btw.) #OB2
Alright, that's it for the 30 minute bells -- it's votin' time. (On the motion to skip routine proceedings, not the #omnibudget itself.)
Everyone seems to be in a surprisingly good mood, considering the thwarting of basic democracy/opposition obstructionism/etc. #OB2
Motion to move to Orders of the Day passes - yeas/pour 143 nays/contre 125. Let the #omnibudget clock start now!
Reminder: As of right this minute, one hour and 28 minutes are left on the #omnibudget clock.
In case anyone was wondering, #OB2 report stage debate is proceeding exactly like report stage debates do.
Don't worry - I've got my eye on the ParlVu livestream and will report any unscheduled interruptions/delays. #OB2
Update: NDP MP @RosaneDL is attempting to move an #OB2 amendment that sounds suspiciously like it's going to involve a lot of lakes.
Oh, not many lakes at all! Just a handful. I guess they've split them up. Anyway, onto Questions and Comments. #OB2
The House of Commons really should consider a countdown clock for debates under time allocation. #OB2
Ooh, quorum call by Kevin Lamoureux, but it appears there are sufficient warm bodies in the Chamber for #omnibudget debate to continue.
Alright, the #omnibudget clock has officially run out. Let the putting of the questions begin!
The speaker has helpfully handed out copies of all report stage motions, thus allowing them to know whether to vote yea or nay. #OB2
