DeSoto will face Overton, Tenn., in the Sandra Meadows Classic third-place game. Overton lost to Duncanville in the semis, and DeSoto lost to Plano West.

Camesha Davis opened the game with a couple of baskets for DeSoto. Adrienne Lewis has a field goal, and Johnesha Major just buried a 3. DeSoto leads 9-2 early.
