This is all we know: The El Paso paper is reporting the UIL told EP ISD that Franklin should continue to practice because Bowie is under review by the UIL. It probably involves a Bowie player's eligibility.

its an eligibility issue, transfer was approved by the DEC but something the UIL has seen has red flagged it

In a way, it would be poetic justice since Mesquite beat them at the beginning of the season, but also disappointing in not being able to see how they might hold up against one of the top 5 area heavyweights.

About 10 minutes from kickoff for Colleyville Heritage-Waco Midway in Midlothian. Should be a great game. Both teams averaging better than 40 points per game.
